Palliative Care WA

In Western Australia, only 7% of people have an end-of-life plan in place. That's half the national average. So, Palliative Care WA asked us to develop a campaign to convince more people to explore advance care planning. Our team held numerous stakeholder workshops involving carers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to develop the strategy. The final campaign, although confronting, was warmly welcomed by families and the health community alike.
